In Beringen the team works to create community and reduce the digital divide focusing on supporting the elderly. 6 digi punts are run around the city to answer digital questions and there is a laptop library to lend laptops to those need one. There is a mobile coffeebar called the Buurt bar that organizes community activities.

The Welkom project is based in Brussels and supports victims of domestic abuse and exploitation. The team of social workers accompanies women to appointments with the: police, social services and lawyers. There is a weekly drop in on a Thursday where you can get a hot meal and ask for support. We organise activity days and workshops.

The Buurtbar is a mobile coffeebar that operates in the town of Beringen. It brings together great coffee and food, activities, workshops, and most importantly, community to elderly people both in elderly care homes and in their own houses.
